How we'd actually approach it

Six engagement blueprints, each covering the situation, the constraints, the architecture, the phased plan, what we would measure and what could go wrong.

These are blueprints, not client case studies

SegaKIV was incorporated in 2024. Rather than dress up client work we cannot name or quantify, these pages set out how we approach each class of problem — in enough technical detail that you can judge the thinking for yourself. There are no client names here, no testimonials and no claimed results. Every target listed is a measure we would baseline and track, not an outcome already delivered.
