Uneven demand against a fixed team
Pipeline that arrives in bursts, where permanent hiring is either too slow for the peak or too expensive in the trough.
Delivery capacity, platform specialists and white-label engineering for technology firms, consultancies and business process operations.

Technology firms have a specific shape of problem: the pipeline is uneven, the skills needed change per client, and hiring permanently for a six-month engagement is how firms end up carrying a bench they cannot afford.
We work as delivery capacity for other technology firms — augmenting teams, taking white-label workstreams, providing platform specialists for a single engagement, and running support for products whose engineers should be building the next version instead.
These are the patterns that come up repeatedly. Not all of them apply to you — but if two or three do, the conversation is usually worth having.
Pipeline that arrives in bursts, where permanent hiring is either too slow for the peak or too expensive in the trough.
Client requirements needing a platform specialist you will not need again for a year.
Engineers who should be building the roadmap spending their week on tickets for what they built last year.
Timesheets, resourcing, reporting and onboarding run manually because internal tooling never reaches the top of the backlog.
Quality practices that erode when a delivery date is fixed and the scope is not.
Each of these maps to one or more of our service lines.
Engineering pods that ramp up and down against your pipeline, integrated into your delivery process and your client's tooling.

Yes. White-label arrangements are common for us — our engineers work inside your delivery process, under your methodology, with the client-facing arrangement and confidentiality terms agreed contractually before the engagement starts.
Ramp-up depends on the skills — common stacks are typically weeks, niche platform roles longer. Ramp-down runs on the notice period in the contract, which we keep short precisely because uneven pipeline is the problem you are solving.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
