What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of https://segakiv.com. They do not govern any engagement between us — that is covered by a separate signed agreement, and where the two conflict, the signed agreement prevails.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Who we are

SegaKIV Info Tech operates through two separate registered entities: SegaKIV Info Tech Inc, incorporated in the United States in January 2024, and SegaKIV Info Tech Private Limited, incorporated in India in March 2024. United States operations are based in Lewes, Delaware; India operations are based in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Using this site

You may read, share and reference anything published here. You may not:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
• Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other visitors
• Reproduce substantial portions of our written content as your own
• Use our name, logo or brand in a way that implies a partnership that does not exist

Our content

The text, diagrams, page design and code of this site are owned by us or licensed to us. Photography is used under the Unsplash License and credited in our repository. Icons are from the lucide project under the ISC License.

You are welcome to quote and link to our articles with attribution. Republishing them wholesale is not permitted.

About the use cases on this site

The engagement blueprints published under Use Cases are illustrative descriptions of how we approach a class of problem. They are not accounts of named client engagements, and the targets stated in them are measures we design toward, not results we claim to have delivered.

Nothing on this site should be read as a guarantee of any specific outcome, timeline or cost. Commitments of that kind only exist in a signed agreement.

Role profiles and careers content

Roles published under Careers are ongoing profiles we accept applications against, not confirmed open vacancies. Publication of a profile is not an offer of employment and does not commit us to hiring for that role.

Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract or a professional relationship between us. It starts a conversation. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form — if you need to share something sensitive, tell us and we will agree a confidentiality arrangement first.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

Where we link to another site, that is for reference. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Engagements contracted through our United States entity may specify a different governing law in the signed agreement.
