The engagement blueprints published under Use Cases describe how we approach a class of problem. The situations they describe are composites of conditions we design for — they are not accounts of named client engagements, and they are not claims about work we have delivered.

Figures shown in those pages under headings such as "Target" are measures we would baseline and track during an engagement. They are not results we have achieved, and they are not promises of what you would achieve. Each of those pages carries this notice on the page itself.

No outcome is guaranteed

Nothing on this site is a guarantee, warranty or prediction of any specific result, timeline, cost saving or business outcome. Technology engagements depend heavily on your existing systems, data quality, internal capacity and decision-making — variables we do not control and cannot assess from a website.

Binding commitments about scope, timeline, price and service levels exist only in a signed agreement between us. Where anything on this site conflicts with such an agreement, the agreement prevails.

Estimates and indicative figures

Any duration, phase length, budget band or effort indication shown on this site is illustrative and intended to help you gauge the shape of an engagement. Real estimates are produced only after a paid discovery, and are issued with their assumptions stated.

Technical articles

The articles published under Insights reflect our views and experience at the time of writing. Technology, platform capabilities and vendor release cycles change; we do not undertake to keep older articles current.

Code, configuration approaches and architectural patterns described in those articles are illustrative. Test anything you adopt in your own environment before relying on it in production.
