Core systems that resist change
Platforms of record that are stable, critical and expensive to modify, where every integration needs to avoid disturbing them.
Banking, lending and insurance technology work where auditability, segregation of duties and data protection constrain every design decision — and should.

In financial services the constraint is rarely the technology. It is that every change has to survive an audit, every access path needs a justification, and the data involved carries obligations that do not relax because a deadline is close.
That shapes how we work here. Controls designed in rather than evidenced afterwards, environments and data handling agreed with your security team before engineering starts, and an audit trail that is a by-product of the process instead of a retrospective reconstruction.
These are the patterns that come up repeatedly. Not all of them apply to you — but if two or three do, the conversation is usually worth having.
Platforms of record that are stable, critical and expensive to modify, where every integration needs to avoid disturbing them.
Reconciliation, document handling and exception management absorbing skilled capacity in work that is rule-based but variable.
Customer data split across origination, servicing and collections systems, so nobody sees the whole relationship at once.
Control evidence assembled manually each cycle because the systems producing it were never designed to report on themselves.
Segregation of duties and least-privilege access that drift over time as people change roles and entitlements accumulate.
Each of these maps to one or more of our service lines.
Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implemented with the data model, field-level security and audit trail that a regulated servicing operation requires.
Services involved
Intelligent document processing with confidence thresholds and human review queues for the cases where being wrong is expensive.
Services involved
Applications built with threat modelling, SAST/DAST in the pipeline, encryption design and dependency scanning as standard practice rather than a pre-launch checklist.
Services involved
Data platform work with lineage, quality testing and governed metric definitions, so regulatory and management reporting reconcile to the same source.
Services involved
Application support operating inside your change control, with segregated access, full ticket audit trails and evidence available on demand.
Services involved
Raised at the start of an engagement rather than discovered during an audit.
Control design and evidence collection support
Cardholder data environment scope reduction
Data residency, minimisation and subject rights
Change control and segregation of duties evidence
Safeguards for non-public personal information
Yes — that is the normal arrangement in this sector. Our teams operate within your CAB, ticketing and approval workflow rather than alongside it, and access is provisioned under your identity governance with the segregation your controls require.
We default to not using it. Masked or synthetic data covers most testing; where genuine production data is unavoidable for a specific validation, it happens under a documented approval with controlled access and a defined retention window.
It depends on your obligations, and it is a question to settle at the start rather than discover at an audit. We can restrict access by geography, run engagements entirely onshore, or work against masked data from offshore — the model follows your requirements.
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
