Platforms configured for how your business actually runs

ServiceNow, Salesforce & cloud implementation consulting

ServiceNow, Salesforce and cloud platform implementations — assessed, designed, configured, migrated and adopted, with the process work done properly before anyone touches configuration.

Consultants mapping a business process on a glass wall during a workshop

An enterprise platform will happily let you rebuild your worst process in a nicer interface. That is the most common and most expensive implementation outcome — a licensed platform, a completed project plan, and users who route around it.

We start with the process, not the product. What the workflow should be, which parts of it earn their existence, what the data model needs to support in three years. Then we configure — favouring out-of-the-box capability over custom code, because every line of customisation is a future upgrade problem.

What we measure

These are the measures we baseline at the start and report on throughout — not results claimed in advance.

Adoption rate
Percentage of target users completing their work in the platform rather than in the spreadsheet beside it, measured 30 and 90 days after go-live.
Out-of-the-box ratio
Share of requirements met by native configuration versus custom code. Higher is better — it is the strongest predictor of upgrade cost.
Data migration accuracy
Reconciliation pass rate between source and target, with a defined tolerance agreed before cutover rather than negotiated after it.
Time to first value
Weeks from kickoff to the first workflow running live in production with real users, not to the end of the full programme.
What's included

Capabilities within implementation consulting

Platform Advisory & Roadmap

Independent assessment of where you are, what the platform can realistically do for you, and the sequence that gets there without stalling the business.

  • Current-state process and system assessment
  • Platform fit analysis and licensing implications
  • Phased roadmap with value sequencing per release
  • Business case with cost model and assumptions exposed
  • Build-versus-configure-versus-buy recommendations

ServiceNow Implementation

ITSM, ITOM, HRSD and custom workflow applications implemented against ServiceNow's own leading practices, with a CMDB that stays trustworthy.

  • Incident, problem, change and request management
  • CMDB design, discovery and service mapping
  • IT operations management and event correlation
  • HR service delivery and employee workflow portals
  • Custom applications on the Now Platform and App Engine

Salesforce Implementation

Sales, Service and Experience Cloud implemented around a data model that reflects how your revenue actually works, with migration handled as a first-class workstream.

  • Sales Cloud — pipeline, forecasting and territory design
  • Service Cloud — case management and Omni-Channel routing
  • Experience Cloud portals for customers and partners
  • Data model design, deduplication and legacy CRM migration
  • Integration with ERP, billing and marketing automation

Cloud Migration & Landing Zones

Moving workloads to AWS, Azure or Google Cloud with the governance, network and security foundations in place before the first application arrives.

  • Application portfolio assessment and migration wave planning
  • Landing zone design with account, network and identity structure
  • Rehost, replatform and refactor execution
  • Cost governance, tagging strategy and FinOps guardrails
  • Disaster recovery and business continuity design

Data & BI Platform Implementation

Warehouses, lakehouses and reporting layers built so that the numbers reconcile and the definitions are written down somewhere people can find them.

  • Data warehouse and lakehouse implementation
  • ETL/ELT pipeline construction and orchestration
  • Semantic layer and governed metric definitions
  • Dashboard and self-service reporting rollout
  • Data quality monitoring and lineage tracking

Change Management & Enablement

The part of implementation that determines whether any of the rest of it matters — getting people to actually use what was built.

  • Stakeholder mapping and impact assessment
  • Role-based training curricula and materials
  • Super-user and champion network enablement
  • Adoption measurement with intervention triggers
  • Post-go-live reinforcement and refresher programmes
Our approach

How an engagement runs

Five phases, each with deliverables you can point at. No phase ends on a status report alone.

  1. 01

    Assess

Process discovery workshops, system inventory and data profiling — establishing what exists today and, more usefully, why it exists.

    Deliverables

    • Current-state process maps with pain points quantified
    • System and integration inventory
    • Data quality profile of every source in scope
    • Prioritised requirements with a clear MoSCoW split
  2. 02

    Design

Future-state process design and platform solution design, validated with the people who will use it before a single configuration change is made.

    Deliverables

    • Future-state process designs signed off by process owners
    • Solution design document with data model and integrations
    • Configuration-versus-customisation decision log
    • Migration strategy and cutover approach
  3. 03

    Configure & build

Iterative configuration in sprints with regular playbacks, so stakeholders see the working platform early enough for their feedback to still be cheap.

    Deliverables

    • Configured platform in a controlled development instance
    • Integrations built and unit tested
    • Sprint playbacks with documented feedback and decisions
    • Updated configuration workbook maintained throughout
  4. 04

    Migrate & test

Rehearsed data migration with full reconciliation, followed by user acceptance testing against real scenarios and real volumes.

    Deliverables

    • At least two full migration dry runs with reconciliation reports
    • UAT scripts, execution log and defect triage
    • Performance validation at projected production volume
    • Signed cutover plan with go/no-go criteria and rollback
  5. 05

    Go live & adopt

Cutover executed against the rehearsed plan, then a hypercare period where adoption is actively measured and low-usage pockets are addressed directly.

    Deliverables

    • Executed cutover with a documented issue log
    • Hypercare support at agreed response levels
    • Adoption dashboard tracking usage by role and team
    • Transition to AMS or to your internal platform team
Engagement models

How you can contract this

Different problems want different commercial shapes. We will tell you which one fits, including when it is the cheapest one.

Advisory engagement

A time-boxed assessment and roadmap with no obligation to use us for the build that follows.

Best for
Deciding what to do before committing budget
Commercials
Fixed fee, typically 3–6 weeks

Full implementation

End-to-end delivery from assessment through go-live and into hypercare, run as a single accountable programme.

Best for
A new platform or a major module rollout
Commercials
Phased fixed price with milestone gates

Co-delivery

Our consultants working alongside your platform team, transferring capability deliberately as the work proceeds.

Best for
Building internal capability while you deliver
Commercials
Monthly rate per consultant

Rescue & remediation

Stabilising an implementation that has stalled — an honest assessment of what is salvageable, then a recovery plan.

Best for
A programme that is behind, over budget, or unadopted
Commercials
Fixed-fee assessment, then scoped remediation

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Are you a certified ServiceNow or Salesforce partner?

Our consultants hold platform certifications and we work to each vendor's published implementation methodology. Formal partner-tier status is something we are building as the firm grows — we would rather tell you that plainly than imply a badge we do not yet hold.

Why do you push back on customisation?

Because every customisation is a cost you pay again at every platform upgrade, and these platforms upgrade multiple times a year. We aim to meet requirements with native configuration first, and when custom code genuinely is the right answer we document why, so the decision is reviewable later.

How long does an implementation take?

It depends on scope and on how ready your data is, and we will not pretend otherwise. A focused single-module rollout is typically weeks; a multi-module programme with legacy migration runs months. Assessment gives you a defensible timeline rather than an optimistic one.

What if our data is in bad shape?

It usually is, and finding that out during cutover is the expensive version. We profile every source during assessment and put data remediation into the plan as its own workstream with its own timeline, rather than assuming it away.

Can you work alongside our existing platform team?

Yes — our co-delivery model is built for exactly that, with capability transfer as an explicit deliverable rather than a side effect. Several clients want the platform knowledge to end up in-house, and the engagement is structured to make that happen.

Let's talk about what you're trying to build.

A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we're the right fit. If we're not, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.
