A services firm built to cover the whole lifecycle
SegaKIV Info Tech was incorporated in the United States in January 2024, followed by India in March 2024, and operates from Delaware and Hyderabad. We build software, implement the platforms around it, automate what should not be manual, staff the teams and run what ships.
Why we exist
The gap we were built to close
Enterprise technology work gets split across suppliers who each own a slice. One firm builds the application, another implements the platform around it, a staffing agency fills the gaps, and a managed services provider inherits whatever ships. Each does their part competently, and the problems live in the seams between them.
SegaKIV was set up to hold all of them. Not because breadth is impressive — it usually is not — but because accountability stops being negotiable when the same firm builds it, implements it, automates it, staffs it and then has to run it under an SLA.
We are deliberately small and deliberately senior. That shapes what we take on: engagements where judgement matters more than headcount, and clients who would rather hear an inconvenient assessment early than a comfortable one late.

We staff engagements with people who can work with limited direction. It is why our shortlists are short and our pods are small — and why we turn work down rather than staff it thin.
Leave it better documented
Decision records, runbooks and architecture docs are deliverables. The test of an engagement is whether your team can take it over without us.
Own the whole outcome
Building it, implementing it, automating it, staffing it and running it are one conversation here. There is no gap between vendors for a problem to fall into.

The questions you're probably too polite to ask
We would rather answer these here than have you wonder about them through a sales process.
How big are you?
Small. Small enough that the people you meet in the first conversation are the people who do the work, and small enough that we will tell you when something exceeds our capacity rather than take it and staff it thinly.
Where are your client logos?
We do not publish them. Early client work sits under confidentiality, and we are not going to imply a reference we cannot stand behind. What we publish instead are detailed use cases showing exactly how we approach each class of problem.
Are you a certified platform partner?
Our consultants hold platform certifications and we work to each vendor's published implementation methodology. Formal partner-tier status is something we are building as the firm grows, and we would rather say that than display a badge we have not earned.
Why should we pick a young firm?
Because of what small buys you: direct access to the people doing the work, no account-management layer, honest capacity conversations, and a firm that cannot afford a reputation for overpromising. If you need a vendor with five thousand consultants and a global MSA, that is a real requirement and we are not it.
